If the material is discontinued or the customer doesn’t know the exact material, TEK Construction
will do their best to find the exact material or something similar to repair the issue.
Tiles can crack over time due to poor installation, unstable foundation, poor quality materials, poor upkeep, or accidental cases where heavy items may be dropped on the tiles. Specifically, outdoor tiles may experience cracks and may need replacing due to weather-related/climate circumstances.
